The EA Handbook ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing reliable and transparent shipping services for our customers in Australia. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, estimated delivery times, costs, and other essential details.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. If you require international shipping, please contact us before placing your order to check availability and additional costs.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within three (3) business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

  • We use trusted courier and postal services to ensure timely delivery. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days
    Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Rural and remote areas may experience longer shipping times.

  • Local next day delivery: We are offering customers locally an optional express delivery option.

Shipping Costs

  • We offer $9.99 shipping Australia wide

  • You can upgrade to priority shipping for an additional $5.00

  • Some delivery locations in Canberra may be eligible for next day courier delivery,  these will only be available by post code at checkout and prices may fluctuate based on availability and location

  • From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted rates for bulk orders please contact us directly for more information.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order online. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

  • We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely, but in the event of a lost, damaged, or significantly delayed package:

  • Lost Orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Damaged Orders: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us within 5 days of delivery for a resolution.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for courier or postal service delays, but we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
