Privacy and Confidentiality- Coaching services

All information shared during individual and group sessions is treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Personal and professional details discussed in group sessions may be shared within the session for learning and discussion purposes unless a participant explicitly requests otherwise prior to the session.
-
The EA Handbook will not share information outside the program without prior consent from the participant.
Use of Information in Sessions
-
Participants acknowledge that insights, challenges, and examples shared during sessions may be discussed in group settings to enhance learning and collaboration.
-
Participants may request that certain information remain confidential by notifying the facilitator before the session begins.
Completion Policy
-
To support genuine progress and maintain momentum, all three sessions of The Powerful Partnerships Program must be completed within a six-month period.
-
I understand that EA and executive schedules are demanding and often unpredictable, so sessions will be arranged with as much flexibility as possible.
-
This timeframe is designed to protect the flow of the program. Growth, realignment, and relationship repair work best when the sessions stay connected and consistent. Completing the program within six months ensures continuity, supports accountability, and gives every partnership the best chance of creating lasting positive change.
